These are the simple terms for using this website. Work with The Mount Creations is covered by the proposal and agreement we write together for each project.

Calls and estimates

Discovery calls are free. The planner on this site gives a planning range, not a quote. A final price is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Booking and changes

You can reschedule or cancel a booked call from the link in your confirmation email until shortly before it begins, as shown on that page. After that, please email us.

Private deliveries

Screening room links are private and open for a limited time. Please do not share a link with people outside your team. Files remain our work until the project is paid in full, as set out in your agreement.

Our work and this site

The films, photographs, text and design on this site belong to The Mount Creations or the people who made them with us, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Samples may show placeholder material until replaced with finished work.

Limits

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
